Oderela is a local commerce and delivery platform based in Northern Pakistan. We connect customers with local outlets and facilitate doorstep delivery. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

We only collect what is strictly necessary to fulfil your order and provide support:

• Your name and phone number
• Your delivery address
• Your order details (items, quantities, total)
• Any notes or special instructions you include with your order

We do not collect payment card details. All transactions are cash on delivery.

We do not collect your location automatically, use tracking cookies, or ask for any information beyond what is needed to deliver your order.

Your information is used solely for:

• Processing and fulfilling your order
• Coordinating with the outlet and rider assigned to your delivery
• Contacting you if there is an issue with your order
• Resolving disputes or complaints
• Improving our service and delivery coverage

We do not use your information for advertising, marketing to third parties, or automated profiling.

To deliver your order, we share the minimum necessary information with:

• The outlet fulfilling your order — so they can prepare it correctly
• The rider delivering your order — so they can reach your address

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party outside the scope of delivering your order. We do not work with advertising networks, data brokers, or analytics companies that would access your personal data.

Your order data is stored securely on our servers. We take reasonable precautions to protect your information from unauthorised access, including secure connections (HTTPS) and access controls.

We retain order data for operational and support purposes. If you would like your data deleted, you can request this by contacting us directly.

Our website uses your browser's local storage to keep your cart items saved between visits. This data stays entirely on your device and is never sent to our servers unless you place an order.

We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or analytics tools that identify you personally.

You have the right to:
