How does delivery work?

Once you place your order, the outlet prepares it and our rider delivers to your doorstep. Typical delivery time is 25–40 minutes depending on your location and the outlet.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges vary by zone and are shown clearly before you place your order. Select your delivery zone at checkout to see the exact fee.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept cash on delivery (COD). Online payment options are in development and coming soon.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — contact us immediately on WhatsApp before the outlet starts preparing. Once preparation begins, cancellation may not be possible.

Which areas do you deliver to?

We currently serve District Ghizer including Gahkuch, Damas, and surrounding areas. We are actively expanding across Northern Pakistan.

Can I order groceries and non-food items?

Yes! Oderela is not just for food. We carry groceries and general goods from local outlets, with more categories — including electronics and household items — coming soon.

How do I track my order?
